GOES TO PHILIPPINES

I was escorted by my family to the airport. After arriving at the airport I gathered with my friends and checked in. When my family said take care and good luck to my destination, I was touched and hugged them. My feelings were mixed together, happy, touched and excited after a long wait.
finally left for the Philippines to have a new experience that I had never had before.
LAYOVER MALAYSIA

Our flight did not go directly to Manila. So we had a 5-hour layover at kuala lumpur airport in malaysia.
Arriving at KLIA airport, my friends and I bought lunch and charged our batteries at a place provided by the airport.
I bought noodles for lunch. The noodles are very tasty and warm. Coupled with the meat pieces made me even happier
We also cleaned up and gave news to the family also rested in seats.

Welcome to Naga City and Biscast
we traveled about 8 hours to get to the naga city.along the way. I saw the scenery through the window of the coaster
We arrived at the biscast at around 2am. There I was greeted by a banner with a photo of the six of us on it. At the gate and before we entered the hostel. Not only that, but our faces were also on the TV screen. after a long journey we headed to our room, cleaned up and rested.
Bicol State College of Applied Sciences and Technology has been existing as a learning institution since 1911. Located at Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City. The facilities at ncf include a library, computer room, field and playground. Each level at ncf is divided into 2 sections. One class consists of 15 to 19 students. there is also a forum election to choose also robotics program. one academic year is divided into 4 quarters

The learning method used by teacher grace is using 5E (engage, explore, explain, elaborate, evaluate)
For each subject, it takes one hour
Teacher grace has rules when teaching in class. Teacher grace uses power point and learning media such as videos when teaching. Teacher grace not only stands at the front, but also goes around. To keep the class conducive, Teacher Grace uses the phrase "eyes on me" and students will answer “eyes on you”. Teacher grace always makes different learning media to explain the material in each class. Teacher grace uses language that is easy for students to understand, making students feel comfortable and not afraid to learn.

The learning resources used by teacher grace are from the internet and textbooks which are then modified according to student needs. After finishing explaining the material teacher grace evaluates students. The assessments used are formative and summative

5-E model
Procedures of teaching: Before teaching, I have to make a lesson plan and prepare the media and materials that will be given to students. I use power point and make media such as teaching posters, comics, pictures, and other materials. I teach at the intermediate level, grades 5 and 6.

The time to teach one lesson is about one hour. Before starting the lesson, I check the students' attendance. After that, I review what they learned yesterday. I use the 5E learning model. I use a combination of student center so that students are actively involved in learning. Sometimes I create groups in the classroom. To keep the class condition conducive I have rules such as focus, be a good student and collect stars. To increase students' motivation and enthusiasm, I give stars to students.

The problems I sometimes face are related to time management and when students are so enthusiastic about getting stars that the sound becomes noisy. The suggestions and solutions that I got to overcome these problems were to limit the answers from students when doing engagement activities and pay attention to the time of each step of the learning activities. I say 'flat tire' and the students will reply 'shhhh' or like the method used by the grace teacher I use the words 'eyes on me' and the students will reply 'eyes on you'.

SUMMARY
The purpose of the practicum is to improve students' skills and pedagogy. Providing experience on how to be a teacher, making lesson plans, choosing good media so that students can understand learning.
Suggestion for improvement is about to pay attention to time management, to be consistent in the classroom in making strict rules. Be passionate and continue to innovate to teach
The challenges of practicum is about management time and being consistent
procedures of practicum, namely preparing lesson plans, media, learning videos, materials, and time management.
The results of the practicum are how to manage time in learning, pay attention to the learning objectives to be achieved from each material taught, lesson plans, learning media, materials.
